Mentioned in the Hearth Tax of 1672.[1] Died 1681, Eccup, Yorkshire,
and buried 15/5/1581, Adel Parish, Yorkshire.[1,3] An "admon" for
Wilfray's estate indicates he was survived by wife Ann (2nd wife) and
his estate was valued at less than 40 pounds.[1] Married 1st Mary
Butterworth, 12/2/1658-1659, Adel Parish, Yorkshire.[1,3] Married 2nd
Ann.[1] It is possible that Wilfray had only one wife, Mary Ann.
