Probably built before 1900. Located on the intersection of Erith & Lancelot Street's, Blacktown.

A single storey masonry house with a hipped galvanised iron roof and bull-nose verandah on the front and side. The front section of the house contains full height colonial Georgial shutters surrounding double hung french doors.

The picket fence is new, as is the striking paint job. Private residence.
